Mother-baby group
Mothermoon: a creative, supportive circle for mothers and their 0–6-month-old babies, meeting every other week in Budapest.
We come together to talk about early motherhood and make art in a baby-friendly space. The English group begins on 10 November 2026 in Pasarét; each session costs HUF 6,500.
Mothermoon
Mothermoon reflects the light of all the bright women who come together in this group. The Moon’s waxing and waning mirror the profound changes of early motherhood. Becoming a mother reshapes a woman’s identity: familiar parts of herself may recede, new ones emerge, and her sense of who she is gradually expands and reorganizes. Like the Moon, she is always whole—even when parts of her are temporarily in shadow.
Each lunar cycle echoes this ongoing transformation: What is she letting go of? What is emerging? What does she want to reclaim, and what is becoming part of her? Under the moonlight, mothers may spend long hours awake alone with their babies. During Mothermoon, they have company.
Join this supportive, close-knit circle of mothers and babies with your 0–6-month-old baby every other week. Share meaningful conversations, form new connections and give your creativity space in a baby-friendly environment. Each session explores a different aspect of early motherhood through conversation and art-making, beyond words.
I hold space for discussion, introduce the themes and offer an opportunity for creative expression, drawing on my experience as an art therapist. When helpful, I share insights from my work as a doula and lactation helper. Everyone is welcome, whatever their experience with art.

Location
1026 Budapest, Pasarét, District II. The exact address will be shared after sign-up.
The venue is accessible by buses 5, 22, 222, 291 and 191, and trams 56, 59 and 61. Street parking and parking near Budagyöngye shopping centre are available.
Participation fee
The fee includes the two-hour facilitated session, all creative materials and tools, the cosy venue, tea and light snacks.
HUF 6,500 per person per session, payable by bank transfer or cash on the day. Secure your place for the full series in advance for HUF 50,000 per person.
