How I can support you
Birth doula
Continuous, personal support during your birth at home or in hospital.
We build trust through consultations during pregnancy. In the weeks before your due date, I am on call so I can join you at home or in hospital when labour begins.
I use methods agreed with you to help you navigate contractions, pain and emotions. I stay until your baby is born, and your partner can also turn to me for support.
